The trainer was truly inspirational using his wide experience to adapt to the needs of everyone present.

A truly inclusive approach to all our needs which benefited everyone present. After such a great day, I feel disappointed that not all the Head Teachers in the town were not present.

I was very reluctant to leave in the afternoon. I never stay to the afternoon of training, I always make an excuse if I don’t really have another meeting, but in this instance I really did have another commitment and didn’t want to leave.

This has changed my practice beyond recognition. I now feel confident and well prepared to take on the most difficult of situations in a meeting.

Meetings now move on much more efficiently and without wasting time – so satisfying.

Nothing has changed my practice so significantly and rapidly as the training he gave us.
