Why use follow up coaching?

In order to ensure that learning is integrated with lasting changes in attitudes and behaviours, all courses have the option of follow-up coaching.

Learning is a MUD PIE!

Effectiveness

When learning a new skill, whether it’s IT or Soft Skills, understanding what is involved and remembering what to do, are key.  Follow up coaching sessions ensure that the ‘doing’ is being done through a combination of refreshing the skills, encouragement and support to practise using them with real time work situations.

In this way the learning can be embedded and you will get a true return on your investment in training.

CIPD (The Chartered Institute of Personal Development) research has found that a large percentage of organisations believe that coaching can deliver tangible benefits to both individuals and organisations (99%) and importantly that when coaching is managed effectively, it can have a positive impact on an organisation’s bottom line (92%).
