Management Skills vs Soft Skills Training Print E-mail

Many people get confused between Management Skills and Soft Skills training. The truth is they can mean exactly the same thing. However the purists amongst us could quite rightly think that Management Skills will only cover Supervisory or Management training and that Soft Skills covers all other aspects of the training that needs to be covered in the office environment. Courses such as Customer Care, Telephone Technique, Time Management and Presentation Skills etc.

Soft Skills training is a term used for all aspects of office based training including Management and Supervisory Skills.

I hope that this clears up any confusion.
