While attending an exhibition early last year I started to chat with a very pleasant young lady on one of the stands. During our conversation it transpired that she was not very happy working for her present company. Apparently it had transpired at her appraisal that she lacked confidence while giving presentations.

I told her that she seemed to be quite confident but would probably benefit from a Confidence Building course. I reccommended that she telephone Keystar Training and speak to their Course Director Bobbie Lee. I telephoned Bobbie and told her to expect the call, which surprisingly came the following day.

Bobbie organised for me to have a 1-1 session with the young lady. During the course of the day it transpired that her lack of confidence started while she was at school when she was slightly overweight and was constantly teased. I went through the various aspects of the Confidence Building course before personalising it specifically for her. We had a really good day and she was able to talk about many other issues that she had with regard to her lack of confidence.

About two months later Keystar received another call from her company, thanking them for the course. The improvement had been wonderful and would it be possible for Keystar to run a course for the same young lady on Presentation Skills.

It just goes to show it's good to talk.
