How would you feel if your secretary turned up late for an important meeting? Probably not too bad if all she had to do was to sit and listen, but what if she was required to take the minutes of that meeting. It would appear that not many companies today bother to have the minutes of meetings taken any more, 'too old fasioned' I heard one director say

However, it seems that things are starting to revert back to the way things used to be. I have been training on more and more Minute Making courses than ever before. Whats more the people attending these courses are not just secretaries. They are comming from all parts of industry and private sector employee's.
