Time Management & Personal Effectiveness
Course Overview: This one-day course will introduce delegates to the principle that time is the most valuable irreplaceable resource we have. Upon completion participants will be able to: Reduce the time spent meeting people, talking on the phone, writing & reading reports, deal effectively (and diplomatically) with interruptions, manage upwards and reduce the length of meetings, prioritise their tasks and delegate where necessary, realise the value of goal setting, manage energy and stress levels, self analyse and keep on target and make effective use of the checklists. Who Should Attend: Anyone who is in a Tele-Sales, Sales, Management or Supervisory Role. It is particularly relevant if they are having trouble dealing with all the issues and tasks required of them within the working week.
