Introduction: This training course is really about the basic courtesies of living and working with other human beings. This course provides some powerful ideas for preventing people problems, resolving conflict and building harmonious workplaces.

Aims and Objectives: During the course delegates will learn to deal with other people effectively and be aware of their own behavior and strengths too. Delegates will improve their body language, will have the ability to give themselves quick confidence boosters, will be able to communicate with confidence, will be able to manage confrontation and will be able to channel positive thinking.

Course Outline

Understanding fears and remove the blocks that prevents the delegates from achieving their potential
Understanding what Assertiveness is
How to create boundaries and learn to say No
How to be assertive in meetings
How to improve their Communications Skills
How to deal effectively with disagreement and conflict
How to deal with and survive aggressive behavior

On one-to-one situations there will also be time to deal with individual situations encountered by the delegates, which they can bring to the course.
