This course covers the skills needed to make recruitment and selection effective, productive ad focused. It will allow delegates to understand the stages of the recruitment process and how to conduct and effective interview.

The course will be highly interactive with group workshops, simulation, and case studies throughout the day. NHS key documentation will support all learning methods and delivery.
