Practical Mapping Exercise

  • Tools and techniques-questioning
  • Interviewing, drawing the map, confirming and agreeing a map
  • Reviewing the results - agreeing measures and improvements

Process Improvement

  • Criteria for change - blockages, repetition, overlaps, cost effectiveness
  • Implementing the new process
  • Monitoring and reviewing progress

Case study exercise (run throughout the programme to demonstrate each element and how to put it into practice)
